Vladimir Putin’s Armored Aurus Limo Rolls Into UAE Palace In Style During His One-day Tour To Middle East
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s Armored Aurus limousine rolls into UAE Palace during his one-day tour to Middle East.
His bulletproof limo was escorted to the presidential palace, where Putin was greeted with a 21-gun salute and a flyby.
Putin, like the US and Chinese Presidents, travels abroad with an array of specialty vehicles to help him move around in safety.
His Aurus Senat L700 limo, designed to keep its occupants from bullet and explosion attacks, made its debut in 2018.
The Russian-made L700 replaces his highly favored German-made official car, the Mercedes-Benz S 600 Pullman Guard.

Vladimir Putin made a rare one-day tour to the Middle East on Wednesday, during which he visited United Arab Emirates and had talks with President Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who welcomed his “dear friend” with fly-past of UAE jets.
The Russian President’s bulletproof Aurus Senat L700 limousine was escorted to the presidential palace, where Putin was greeted with a 21-gun salute and a flyby of UAE military jets trailing smoke in the colours of the Russian flag.

“Our relations, largely due to your position, have reached an unprecedentedly high level,” Putin told Sheikh Mohammed during the visit, adding that “The UAE is Russia’s main trading partner in the Arab world.”

Vladimir Putin, like the United States and Chinese Presidents, does not travel alone. The Russian president, who is making his first foreign trip in months amidst Russia-Ukraine war, travels with an array of specialty vehicles to help him move around in safety and comfort.
The Russian-made Aurus Senat L700 limousine, designed to keep its occupants from bullet and explosion attacks, made its debut during Putin’s inauguration ceremony on May 7, 2018. The L700 replaces his highly favored German-made official car, the Mercedes-Benz S 600 Pullman Guard.
