Yangwang U8L Dingshi Edition With 24K Gold Badges Wants To Steal Cullinan’s Customers, Starts At $181,000
Yangwang U8L Dingshi Edition SUV with 24K Gold badges has officially hit the Chinese market, starts at $181,000.
Based on U8 Premium Edition, U8L Dingshi Edition features a stretched wheelbase that grows by 200mm, new six-seat configuration.
Boasts distinct two-tone “Obsidian Black/Sunstone Gold” paint scheme, optional front and rear Yangwang badges crafted from 24K gold.
Like the base U8, the U8L Dingshi Edition features the “God’s Eye A” (DiPilot 300) advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).


The all-new flagship Yangwang U8L Dingshi Edition has officially hit the Chinese market, with the stretched and more luxurious variant of the already impressive U8 starting at 1,300,000 yuan (around $181,000 at current exchange rates).
First unveiled at the 21st Auto Shanghai 2025 (Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition) in April, the U8L features a stretched wheelbase that grows by 200mm to 3250mm, a new six-seat configuration and an enhanced luxury appointments.

Based on the U8 Premium Edition, the U8L distinguish itself on the outside with a new two-tone “Obsidian Black/Sunstone Gold” paint scheme and an optional front and rear Yangwang badges crafted from 24K gold.
Inside, the Yangwang U8L Dingshi Edition gets a 23.6-inch instrument cluster for the driver, a 12.8-inch portrait-oriented driver’s touchscreen, and a 23.6-inch monitor for the front passenger.



In addition, the U8L Dingshi Edition features the “God’s Eye A” (DiPilot 300) advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) that supports functions such as Highway and Urban Navigate on Autopilot (NOA), automated parking and remote parking.
Like the base U8, the U8L Dingshi Edition is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder, four electric motors, and a 49.05 kWh battery pack — a powertrain that delivers 1,180-horsepower and 944 lb-ft (1,280 Nm) of torque.
