After 3 Years, The Lamborghini Urus Is Worth 75% Of What It Was Before

When purchasing a car, buyers take various factors into account, including reliability, safety, design, and engine power. Additionally, some buyers also consider the car’s resale value after a few years and how much money they can expect to receive when selling it to recover part of their investment.
British car magazine ‘What Car?’, using data from the secondhand market, found out which model holds its value best as a used one. According to their analysis, at the top of the list is the Italian sports SUV Lamborghini Urus, which retains even 75 percent of its original value after 36 months.
“The Urus is one of the most exotic luxury SUVs you can buy, combining blistering speed with enough practicality for everyday use. The standard 4.0-litre V8 version produces an explosive 657 hp, enough to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, with a top speed of 300 km/h,” states What Car.
Although we can often hear the opinion that the Urus is not a real Lamborghini because it is an SUV that is related to Audi and Volkswagen, its customers do not mind. The Urus has been Lamborghini’s moneymaker since it debuted in 2017.
It’s been the best-selling Lamborghini for years, and it doesn’t look like that’s going to change. Even the switch to a plug-in hybrid powertrain didn’t deter buyers, as the Italian marque announced that all examples are sold out in advance until 2026.
