Borno State State Governor-Elect Spotted Ridding A Bicycle (PHOTO)
Babagana Umara Zulum is the governor-elect of Borno state.
He won the position at the last election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Borno state.
The governor-elect, not too long ago, revealed that he was a commercial driver from 1984 to 1999.
Zulum, a professor of irrigation engineering at the University of Maiduguri.
A picture of him riding a bicycle was recently shared on social media.
