Armored Car Specialist ‘Armormax’ Now In Ghana To Protect Clients In The Cash-In-Transit Industry

ArmorMax now in Ghana to help fulfill the imminent security needs of clients in the Cash-In-Transit industry.

Its Cash Transit Vehicle based on Hilux can carry large amounts of valuables, accommodate a crew of 2-4.

The company designs light weight synthetic armor laminates called Armormax, which it molds to fit the vehicle.

Back in 2021, International Armoring Corporation (IAC), popularly known as ArmorMax, extended its armouring services to Ghana to help fulfill the imminent security needs for the clients in the Cash-In-Transit industry.

Like it did in South Africa, the US-based armored vehicle specialist turned its attention not only on luxury cars but also on Cash-In-Transit vehicles to help address the threats its customers face all over Africa.

Recall that a cash-in-transit vehicle, armored by ArmorMax, was subject to an attempted heist in South Africa in May 2021, and the resulting CCTV video taking during the incident went viral.

With partnership with a team from the Sapphire Group, ArmorMax Ghana its marks an important milestone as it seek to expand its reach to the vibrant community in West Africa.

Armormax armored Cash Transit Vehicle based on the Toyota Hilux pickup truck is designed to carry large amounts of cash and valuables while still accommodating a crew of 2-4.

While the Cargo area has level B4 for High powered handgun, the passenger cabin of the armored Hilux has level B6 armouring grade for High powered rifle like AK-47 and R4/R1.
