Highlights on the exterior include black Bentley ‘Winged B’ badges, Black Edition badging and gloss black 10-spoke wheels.

Interior features include Black Edition embroidered upholstery and treadplates, Piano Black trim and contrast stitching

Bentley’s new Black Edition models are limited to 400 examples total, worldwide.

Bentley Motors has introduced the Black Edition for the Continental GT, Continental GTC and Flying Spur families – a full-darkened, high-performance special editions similar to offerings from rival luxury marques, including Rolls-Royce and Genesis.

Limited to 400 examples total, Bentley’s new Black Edition models combine the marque’s new High Performance Hybrid powertrain with the Bentley Performance Active Chassis, which was previously only available for Speed models.

Unique features on the exterior include new gloss black ‘Winged B’ badges, Black Edition badging, gloss black matrix grille and bumper grilles and Beluga black front splitter, all combining to reveal the darker side of the Continental GT and Flying Spur families.

Bentley’s new Black Edition models rides on 22” ten-spoke alloy wheels, which are finished in gloss black, though a duo-tone black and bright machined finish is offered as an option. Black Edition Continental GT and GTCs feature the Harmony single headlamp design (and welcome animation).

Inside, Black Edition namestyle are embroidered on the front seat headrests of the Continental models and all four headrests for the Flying Spur. Also included are Piano Black veneer trim, Black Edition treadplates and contrast stitching.

In addition, comfort seats, mood lighting, the James Bond-style 3-way Bentley Rotating Display Bentley, sports pedals and the Mood Lighting specification are all part of the extensive specification.

All Black Edition models are powered by Bentley’s new High Performance Hybrid, which unites a 520 PS 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine with a 190 PS E-motor, which combine to develop a peak output of 680 PS and 930 Nm of torque.

The 0-100km/h (0-60 mph) sprint takes just 3.7 seconds for the Continental GT, while the Continental GT Convertible and Flying Spur sedan post 3.9 seconds for the same benchmark. All Black Edition models have the capability to travel 50 miles (80 km) in electric-only driving.
