CIG Motors, Ned Okonkwo And Fidelity Bank Signs New Partnership With 2,000 Electric Vehicles

CIG Motors Company, Ned Okonkwo and Fidelity Bank signs new partnership with 2,000 Wuling Electric Vehicles (EVs).
Partnership aimed to accelerate adoption of EVs in Nigeria and promote Wuling EVs as the new generation automobile vehicle.
New partnership supported by Fidelity Bank, who will provide accessible financing options for interested persons.
CIG Motors Company Limited has signed a new partnership with renowned entrepreneur and real estate mogul Dr. Ned Okonkwo to accelerate the adoption of Electric Vehicles (EVs) in Nigeria and promote Wuling EVs as the new generation automobile vehicle.
The strategic alliance will see the massive roll out of Two Thousand (2,000) Wuling Electric Vehicles across the Nation with Fidelity Bank providing accessible financing options for interested persons.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of CIG Motors, Chief Diana Chen emphasized that the Wuling EV serves as a smart powerhouse with clean energy storage while providing a sustainable future for everyone.
Also speaking at the ceremony, Executive Director, of CIG Motors, Jubril Arogundade, stated :
“By combining Dr. Okonkwo’s business acumen with Wuling and Fidelity Bank’s support, we are ushering in a new age of sustainability solutions while creating millions of jobs across the country”.
“This new partnership is poised to save citizens from the troubles of maintenance, mechanical repairs, emission of carbon, long fueling queues and most importantly help to ease the lives of Nigerians through smart living and green initiatives”, he added.
Speaking on the impact of the new partnership, Group Managing Director, of Nedcomoaks Limited, Dr Ned Okonkwo, revealed that the partnership was born from an encounter with a visioner like himself.
“The partnership is set to boost economic growth, protect the environment and improve green energy throughout the country with Fidelity Bank providing accessible financing options for interested persons.”
Also in attendance at the EV signing ceremony were legendary Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe Damijo and Pascal Chibuike popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, who endorsed the Wuling brand and acknowledged that the partnership will helps bring the future to now.
