Classic 1970 Mercedes-Benz W115 sedan joins the car collection of Ooni of Ile-Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.
Ooni Of Ife’s official cars includes models from brands like Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and Jet Motors.
His garage already houses Rolls-Royce Phantom 7, two Bentley Continental Flying Spurs, Mercedes S-Class, and Toyota Prado.
A classic 1970 Mercedes-Benz W115 sedan has joined the car collection of Ooni of Ile-Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II.
The white Mercedes-Benz, fitted with a Nigerian flag, wears a customized ‘Ooni Of Ife’ number plate, unlike the ‘OONIRISA’ registration number found on other cars owned by the Ooni Of Ife.
The 48 year old vibrant yoruba King, who received his staff of office on 7 December 2015, is among several Nigerian monarchs that loves to be chauffeured around in luxury cars.
The Ooni Of Ife’s car collection already boasts of hand-built 2011 model Rolls-Royce Phantom 7 and a 2018 Ghost sedans, which are the most luxurious cars in his collection.
His garage also houses two (2)
Bentley Continental Flying Spurs, a white Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7-Series, Toyota Prado SUV and a Jet Mover, a 14-seater luxury bus assembled in Nigeria by Jet Motors Company.
As a spiritual leader of the Yoruba people, the 51st Ooni Of Ife is saddled with the responsibility of making supplications to God and the Òrìṣà on behalf of his tribe and the world at large during annual festivals such as Olojo.
