Ex-president Buhari Turned Up For Durbar Celebration In N300 Million Armored Lexus LX 600

Ex-president Muhammadu Buhari turned up for colourful Durbar celebration in N300m armored Lexus LX 600.

Tuesday’s Special Dubar celebration was organised by the people of the Daura Emirate in Katsina State.

Buhari handed over to Bola Tinubu on Monday May 29th after completing his eight years tenure as the President. 

A Durbar celebration was held on Tuesday May 30th in Daura, in Katsina in honour of former Muhammadu Buhari, a day after concluding his two-term tenure as the President and Commander-In-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Buhari, who handed over to Bola Tinubu as President on Monday May 29th after eight years, was also in attendance at the special Dubar Festival organised by the people of the Daura Emirate in Katsina State.

Buhari’s Special Assistant to the President on Digital Communications, Bashir Ahmad, revealed this in a post shared on his Twitter handle on Tuesday.

“How to welcome your son after eight years serving the country as its Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.

“A Durbar celebration is currently holding in Daura in honour of former President Muhammadu Buhari, after concluding his two-term tenure.

Footage shared shows tens of thousands of Katsina residents throng the event to welcome the ex-president, who arrived the Durbar in a convoy that consists of his bulletproof Lexus LX 600 worth N300 Million.
