Ferrari Employees Receive Bonuses Worth A Brand-New Vehicle
If you thought that flowers no longer bloom for workers in the auto industry, there are exceptions.
One of them is Ferrari. It is obvious that in times of crisis, luxury fares just as well, and sometimes even better. Inflation, economic uncertainty, and the proximity of war did not bother Ferrari buyers. The company announced that it sold 13,752 new cars last year, which is an increase of 0.7 percent compared to the year before. At the same time, net income increased by as much as 6.7 billion euros, which is an increase of as much as 11.8 percent.
The management now wants to thank its employees who made such good business results possible. Of course, the best reward is a bonus, and it will be in line with the record results. As confirmed by the company’s first man, Benedetto Vigna, all 5,000 employees will receive a bonus of as much as 14,400 euros, reports the state agency ANSA.
That’s the same amount as the starting price of the new Fiat Panda, the best-selling car model in Italy. More precisely, Ferrari employees will have to add about a hundred euros if they want to buy a new Panda.
Let’s remind you that Ferrari is regularly among the first to announce bonus amounts. Last year, it did the same, and then workers received a bonus of 13,500 euros in their accounts. The best thing is that workers can expect similar bonuses in the coming years. Namely, Ferrari has already sold out the entire planned production for this and next year.
