Chevrolet Corvette Gets A Bump In Price For The 2027 Lineup
Chevrolet has increased prices for the 2027 Corvette lineup by a flat $300 across all variants, following earlier, more significant price adjustments for the sixth year of the C8 generation.
These updates include the introduction of the new Grand Sport X variant, which was subject to initial price adjustments as early as April 2026. It has become evident that Chevrolet continues to adjust the pricing for the Corvette lineup, indicating that further increases may be anticipated.
Following April’s significant adjustments, Chevrolet has implemented a flat $300 price increase across the entire 2027 Corvette lineup.
Starting prices for the 2027 Chevrolet Corvette lineup are as follows:
| Model | Initial 2027 Starting Price | New 2027 Starting Price |
| Corvette Stingray LT1 | $73,495 | $73,795 |
| Grand Sport | $88,495 | $88,795 |
| Grand Sport X | $112,195 | $112,495 |
| Z06 | $121,395 | $121,695 |
| ZR1 | $197,195 | $197,495 |
| ZR1X | $227,395 | $227,695 |
The aforementioned pricing applies exclusively to the base 1LT and 1LZ variants and includes the $2,495 destination freight charge. Please note that these figures exclude the $2,600 gas-guzzler tax applicable to the Z06 and ZR1X models, as well as the $3,000 surcharge for units equipped with the Carbon Aero package.
The 2027 Corvette features a new 535-hp, 520 lb-ft, 6.7L V8 LS6 engine in Grand Sport trims. While a fully loaded Grand Sport X costs $186,138, the top-tier ZR1X remains more affordable than competitors like the $241,300 Porsche 911 GT3 RS, the $325,000 Ford Mustang GTD, and the $524,000 Ferrari SF90 Stradale.
