Meet The All-new 2024 Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV
Meet the all-new 2024 Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680, an ultimate ultra-luxury electric SUV for the ultra-wealthy.
Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV is the brand’s first-ever all-electric vehicle to wear the Maybach badge.
Based on Mercedes EQS SUV, Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 arrived with an eye-catching exterior and plush interior.
It will go up to 373 miles (600 km) between charges, slightly less than the 381 miles (613 km) for the Mercedes-badged EQS 580.

Mercedes-Benz ultra-luxury sub-brand has finally revealed the all-new 2024 Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV, which is the brand’s first-ever all-electric vehicle to wear the Maybach badge.
Based on the regular Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV, the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV arrived with an eye-catching exterior and a tech-filled interior that is packed full of luxury features.

“The Mercedes-Maybach EQS SUV is our first all-electric, full-size luxury SUV. At Mercedes-Maybach we strive to add the shine of the extraordinary to the beautiful. The interior is an emotional and stylish statement.
“Together with the innovative, progressive SUV proportions, we are completely redefining the SUV luxury of the future.”, says Gorden Wagner, the Chief Design Officer Mercedes-Benz Group AG.

Unlike the regular Mercedes EQS SUV, the EQS 680 comes with Maybach’s trademark fluted grille, a Mercedes three-pointed star that sits on the bonnet and a Maybach badge on the C-pillar.
Customers will be able to choose from five two-tone combinations, including Cirrus Silver/Obsidian Black, Cirrus Silver/Nautical Blue and Sonoran Brown/Onyx Black. The EQS 680 rolls on exclusive 21 or 22-inch alloy and forged wheels.

Inside, up-front, an MBUX Hyperscreen dashboard is standard. It receives Maybach-specific graphics across all three displays, including Maybach, Sport, and Understated.
EQS 680, like all Maybach cars, is best enjoyed from the rear seats where owners can opt for an optional First Class seating package, which extends the front center console to the space between the two rear seats.

Each of the rear passengers gets two 11.6-inch displays on the backrests of the front seats and a rear tablet that can be operated outside of the vehicle. Rear passengers also get to enjoy s 15-speaker Burmester 4D sound system as well as drinks warmed by thermal cup holders.
Two permanently excited synchronous motors, which produce a total of 649 horsepower and 700 lb-ft of torque, powers the EQS 680 SUV. Mercedes-Maybach claims ultra-luxury EV can hit 60 mph in just 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 130 mph.

Mercedes is still mute about the battery size, but owners will be able to travel up to 373 miles (600 km) between charges, which is slightly less than the 381 miles (613 km) claimed for the Mercedes-badged EQS 580.
When plugged into a DC charger, Mercedes says the all-electric Maybach can charge at a peak speed of 200 kW to replenish the battery in 31 minutes or recover 137 miles of range in just 15 minutes.
