Mulliner Creates The First-ever Two-Tone Bentley Bentayga EWB For A Wealthy Couple
Bespoke customization division, Mulliner, creates the first-ever two-tone Bentley Bentayga EWB for a wealthy couple.
On the outside, it is finished in Kingfisher blue over an Onyx (black) finish chosen for the bonnet, roof and upper body.
Inside, the ‘Kingfisher’ Bentayga EWB has four-seat configuration with Bentley’s airline seat specs for the two rear seats.
Bentley says that the two-tone exterior finish chosen for this one-off Bentayga EWB is now offered as a factory option.
British luxury marque, Bentley has revealed a one-of-a-kind Bentayga Extended Wheelbase (EWB) with a two-tone paint job created by its bespoke Mulliner division for a wealthy American couple from Irvine, California.
Mulliner’s latest creation dubbed the ‘Kingfisher’ Bentayga EWB is based on a Bentayga EWB Azure V8 First Edition, a special edition of the brand’s first-ever SUV available only for 12 months.
“With a Mulliner commission, anything is possible,” explains Mulliner’s Design Manager, Phill Dean, who inspired the American to choosing the first-ever two-tone paint finish for their bespoke ride.
“We started to discuss the specification in the showroom at Newport Beach, but it soon became clear that we needed more time to go over every tiny detail. We resumed the commissioning at the customers’ home – we finished at around 1.00 am”, he recalls.

On the outside, the ‘One of One’ edition Bentayga is finished in Kingfisher blue over an Onyx (black) finish chosen for the bonnet, roof and upper body. A two-tine finish is repeated in the 22” ten-spoke wheels painted finish in Kingfisher and Beluga.
Inside, the couple chose a four-seat configuration with Bentley’s airline seat specification for the two rear seats, Naim for Bentley audio system and a cabin in the dramatic combination of Mandarin and Imperial Blue leather.
According to Bentley, the two-tone exterior finish chosen for this Bentayga EWB is now offered as a factory option, “one of many examples where customers have helped to shape the company’s product options in colour and trim.”
Last year, around 75 per cent of the vehicles that left Bentley’s Dream Factory in Crewe, England in 2023 had Mulliner touches – a number that represents a 43 per cent rise in Mulliner content over 2022.
