Nigerian singer Rema splashes over ₦700 million naira on Mercedes-AMG G63 and Lamborghini Urus.
Rema’s latest cars aren’t only the new celebrity status symbol but also the most popular luxury SUVs on the Nigerian road.
The twenty-four year Nigerian singer gained initial recognition following the release of his 2019 song “Dumebi”.
In terms of performance, the $179k G63’s 577-hp twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 allows a 0-60 mph in just 3.9 secs and a top-speed of 137 mph.
The over $240k Lamborghini Urus uses 657-hp twin-turbo V-8, which allows a 0-60 mph in 3.6 secs before reaching a top-speed of 190 mph.

Nigerian rapper and singer, Divine Ikubor, known professionally as Rema, has sent his fans into frenzy after splashing over ₦700 million Naira on a Mercedes-AMG G63 and a Lamborghini Urus ultra-luxury SUVs.
The news of Rhema’s latest acquisitions was made by Lekki-based Polanco Exotic Cars, where the 24 year singer walked in to purchase the two high-performance SUVs.

Lamborghini Urus – Mercedes Benz G63,” Polanco said in a caption, while showing off the two trucks inside its showroom in Lekki, Lagos.

In terms of performance, the US$179,000 Mercedes-AMG G63’s 577-horsepower twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine allows a 0-60 mph in just 3.9 seconds and a top-speed of 137 mph (or 149 mph with AMG Driver’s Package).
The over $240,000 Lamborghini Urus Super SUV on the other hand uses a twin-turbo V-8 engine, which puts out 657-horsepower, allowing a 0-60 mph in 3.6 seconds before reaching a top-speed of 190 mph.
