See How This Keke NAPEP Was Used To Make A Political Statement (PHOTO)

It is the season of electioneering campaigns.
So, diverse means have been devised to send out political messages calling for participation in the process to elect or reelect leaders.
However, the owner of a commercial tricycle popularly refereed to as “Keke NAPEP” decided to be creative in his call for participation in the national voting exercise.
The Keke NAPEP was spotted on the street with the message inscribed on his that reads thus:
“Pls, Get Your PVC. Monkey no fine. Fuel, Rice, Everything x2.” “1982/84, Many Suffered/2015/2018 Many Died”.
