Swiss Collector Explains Why He Has Purchased Every Lamborghini Few-off Models
Swiss collector Albert Spiess explains why he has purchased every Lamborghini few-off models since the Reventón.
Since his first Lamborghini car in 1079, his collection now boasts a collection Lamborghini considered as one of the most important in the world.
Lamborghini “few-off” concept began with the Reventón, followed by Sesto Elemento, Veneno, Centenario, Sián FKP 37, Countach LPI 800-4 and the Fenomeno.

Swiss collector Albert Spiess has revealed how his passion for Lamborghini cars came into being and what sparked his love for the Italian super sports car brand that has made him purchased every few-off series that has been created since 2007.
Since he purchased his first Lamborghini car — 1-of-50 1979 Countach LP400 S – over 45 years ago, Spiess collection now boasts a collection the Italian brand considered as one of the most important in the world.

Lamborghini began the “few-off” concept with the F-15 fighter jet-inspired Reventón, followed by limited-edition models like the Sesto Elemento (2010), Veneno (2013), Centenario (2016), Sián FKP 37 (2019), Countach LPI 800-4 (2021) and the all-new Fenomeno.
“Every one of them has arrived for a very specific reason… The Reventón Roadster was because of its shape, which served as the base for production Lamborghini V12s developed up to Aventador,” he said.

“The Sesto Elemento – my favorite – was due to its extraordinary lightness and technical content including structural carbon fiber, and the Veneno Roadster because it is a spaceship with an extraordinary design.
“The Centenario was because of the excitement I felt in owning such an extraordinarily rare and unique car. Then there was the Sián Roadster with its hybrid propulsion system, the first on a Lamborghini.

“Most recently the Countach LPI 800-4 arrived to celebrate the first Countach prototype of 1971, which I had the good fortune to have rebuilt with the support of the Lamborghini Polo Storico.”
Albert Spiess also revealed the deciding factor when purchasing a few-off Lamborghini, saying “because every time I become as excited as I did the very first time, when I bought my first Countach.”
