Cybertruck will be available in 3 trims, with the cheapest, the rear-wheel-drive model starting at $60,990 plus delivery.
The all-wheel-drive model starts at $79,990, while the performance “Cyberbeast” tri-motor version goes for $99,990.
The all-electric truck is capable of hauling 2,500-lb payload, tows 11,000-lb and will go 340 miles per charge.
An optional bed-mounted extra battery can boost range of the Tesla Cybertruck pickup to some 470 miles.
The first examples of Tesla Cybertrucks have finally been delivered to early reservation holders at the Cyber Rodeo event in Austin, Texas on Thursday, nearly four years after the brand’s first pickup truck was initially revealed to the world.
At the delivery event, Tesla revealed specs for its new pickup truck, including a 2,500-lb payload, 11,000-lb towing rating and peak range of 340 miles per charge – though an optional bed-mounted extra battery can boost the range to some 470 miles.
According to Tesla, the Cybertruck will be available in 3 trims, with the cheapest, the rear-wheel-drive model starting at $60,990. The all-wheel-drive model starts at $79,990, while the performance “Cyberbeast” tri-motor version goes for $99,990.
Figures for production model of the Cybertruck doesn’t measure up to what Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s promised at the truck’s reveal in 2019. Then, he said it would be capable of hauling a 3,500-pound payload, tow 14,000 lbs and drive 500 miles on a single charge.
Also at the reveal in 2019, Musk said the single-motor base model of the Cybertruck will start at $39,900, while the dual- and tri-motor versions would cost $51,100 and $71,100 respectively.
