Tesla Will Reveal Its Electric Container Truck In September (Teaser Photo)
Elon Musk who is the CEO of Tesla has released teasers of the upcoming Tesla electric trucks. The truck is set to debut in September as Elon Musk confirmed he test drove one which “feels like a sports car”.
He also said the truck will be capable of long hauls though the estimated range was not stated. There are speculations the truck will also use solar panels on the trailer in order to extend its range.
According to Musk Tesla’s electric truck will reduce the cost of cargo transport and increase safety. There is also a possibility that an autopilot autonomous technology will be integrated into the truck.
