This Private Collection Of 18 Supercars Worth $45m Are Heading To Auction In November
This private collection of 18 supercars from the same single-ownership heading to London auction in early November.
The entire 18-car collection, dubbed as Gran Turismo Collection, consists of eight Ferraris, three Bugattis, two Lamborghini.
The entire collection goes to the block at RM Sotheby’s London sale on 5 November, and it is expected to fetch £40m ($45 million).
A private collection of 18 iconic supercars and rally machines worth £40m (about $45 million) are heading to auction in early November. The entire 18-car collection, dubbed as Gran Turismo Collection, consists of eight Ferraris, three Bugattis, two Lamborghini, a pair of Jaguars and three Group B rally cars.
“RM Sotheby’s is thrilled to announce the sale of The Gran Turismo Collection, a single-owner collection featuring some of the greatest cars from Ferrari, Bugatti, Jaguar, Lamborghini, and Lancia. This group will be offered in London on November 5, 2022.”
Cars in the collection includes a Ferrari 288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo, and LaFerrari as well as three Bugattis, including two EB110s and a Chiron Super Sport.
The collection also includes two Lamborghinis, including a Miura SV and a Countach LP5000 S, three front-engined convertible Ferrari GTs, Jaguar’s XJR-15 and XJ220 S as well as three genuine Group B racers.
Michael Squire, a senior specialist at RM Sotheby’s, described the dream garage as “one of the most remarkable single-owner collections of supercars to be offered in Europe”.
He added :
“We are privileged to have been entrusted with this unbelievable collection of cars.”
“It represents a cross section of supercars and GTs which are at the zenith of desirability in today’s market.”
“The Group B rally cars are an additional, remarkable highlight, perfectly encapsulating the peak of rallying’s most extreme era.”
The entire collection goes to the block at RM Sotheby’s London sale on 5 November 2022, and it is expected to sell for a monumental £40,360,000 (over $45 million).
