Toyota Improves Its bZ4x Electric SUV To Charge Faster
Toyota has revised the battery heating system of the electric bZ4X. The Toyota bZ4X should now be able to charge faster, especially in cold conditions. The battery heating system benefits, among other things, from the arrival of a heat exchanger, which should contribute to heating the battery pack more quickly.
There are more adjustments. For example, the interior of the Toyota bZ4X is now preheated with a new radiant heater. At least if you go for one of the higher-positioned versions of the Toyota. Toyota is also introducing a new system that automatically activates the hazard lights if the radars of the Blind Spot Monitor system detect that a vehicle behind you is approaching very quickly. Furthermore, the higher-positioned versions receive a virtual car key. This means that you can simply open and start the car if you have your phone in your hand or even in your trousers or jacket pocket.
The improved Toyota bZ4X will be rolled out in Europe later this year.
