We Never Imagined We’d Drive Brand New Cars – Glo Promo Winners

Osaze Osemwegie was one of two subscribers who received a brand new Kia Rio car each on Tuesday as part of the Globacom’s ongoing customer appreciation promotion, Joy Unlimited Extravaganza.

While Osaze’s car was presented to him at Gloworld, Mission Road, Benin, Edo State, Afeez Oseni, a 38-year-old clearing agent from Kwara State, received his own Kia Rio the same day at the Gloworld shop, Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

Osemwegie, a self-employed man, was grateful to Globacom, while his wife, Blessing, showered prayers and encomiums on the company. “I never thought I’d be driving a brand new car this year,” he said. I work as a welder. I could never have afforded the car, but God has used Glo to fulfill one of my dreams.

“I didn’t believe it,” Oseni admitted. Glo customer service informed me that I had won a car in the Glo promotion, and it wasn’t until the car was presented to me a few minutes ago that I believed it was real. Glo has bestowed upon me, a clearing agent for imported used cars, a brand new car that also happens to be my first car. It is, indeed, a major surprise. “All glory to God.”

Apart from the car winners, about 50 lucky subscribers in Benin received home appliances such as fridges, power generators, and television sets, while Lagos had 64 winners.
