Range Rover SV Coupe Revived By Niels van Roij

We all remember the Range Rover SV coupe launched two years ago? Well, that SUV has stopped production last year. The good news is that car designer Niels van Roij has come to the rescue to revive the coupe variant. The designer has transformed the regular Range Rover into a masterpiece. The company intends to build a limited run of 100 examples of this two-door SUV

Named the Adventum Coupe, it’s a coachbuilt model sketched by van Roij and made by Bas van Roomen. It follows the striking design of the Range Rover SV and packs the 525 HP 5.0-liter supercharged V8. The Adventum Coupe has hand-formed, aluminum bodywork that alters the panels from the A-pillar to the rear. The hood, fenders, and rear hatch come from the existing Range Rover. The doors are massive, which should make accessing the rear seats a little easier.

Dutch coachbuilder Bas van Roomen handles the actual construction, the aluminum D7 architecture strengthened to retain its stiffness and integrity, each body panel worked up in hand-beaten aluminum. The Arctic White exterior pairs with an interior covered in yards of red and black Nappa leather and the sheen of black piano lacquer. This being a coachbuilt design, the minimalist exterior is contrasted by the finely detailed interior. Those rear-seaters get powered captain’s chairs. The floor, from the front footrests to the cargo area, is hand-finished teak with white caulking to match the exterior. A red leather pull handle lifts the cargo area floor, and two matching red and black umbrellas sit in branded Adventum closures on the cargo wall.

Pricing for the Adventum coupe is revealed to be ₦108m before tax and shipping. Choosing a different Range Rover platform to build on could change the price. A deposit of ₦20m is required 1st to get your model while you wait for a duration of 6 months before it is ready.
