Soludo Receives Obasanjo At Anambra Airport, Ex-president Rides In Armored Innoson IVM G80 - autojosh

Governor Soludo receives Obasanjo at Anambra Int. airport, Ex-president takes a ride in armored Innoson IVM G80 SUV.

Obasanjo is in the state to attend a Town Hall Meeting where Soludo will present his first anniversary scorecard today.

This month marks a year since Soludo was sworn-in as the sixth (6th) Governor of Anambra State in March 2022.

He arrived at his swearing-in ceremony in IVM G80, becoming the first Governor to use Made-in-Nigeria vehicle as official car.





His locally-made armored IVM G80 replaces a bulletproof Toyota Land Cruiser used by his predecessors, ex-Gov Willie Obiano.

The Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo on Saturday received former Nigerian president Olusegun Obasanjo at the Anambra International Airport, Umueri.

Upon his arrival, Obasanjo took a ride in armored Innoson IVM G80 SUV, the official car of Governor of Anambra State, from the airport to International Convention Center, Awka.

Obasanjo is in Anambra state to attend a Town Hall Meeting where Soludo will present his first anniversary scorecard today and the road ahead.

The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday 25th March (today) at the International Convention Center, Awka.





Innoson IVM G80

He arrived at his swearing-in ceremony in Innoson IVM G80 luxury SUV, becoming the first Governor in the Nigeria to use Made-in-Nigeria vehicle as official car.

His locally-made armoured IVM G80 replaces a 2014 bulletproof Toyota Land Cruiser SUV used by Soludo’s predecessors, ex-Governor Willie Obiano.

Likely armored to the BR6 level, the bulletproof IVM G80 SUV is uniquely designed with reinforced structures to safeguard the Governor against assaults from bullets, blasts and assaults.
