Mercedes-Benz Announces New Luxurious Electric Van
Mercedes-Benz is set to revolutionize its van line-up with a new range of electric models, offering a glimpse of what’s to come with the sleek and luxurious van.
This teaser hints at a sedan-style van that will debut next spring, though production is set to begin in 2026.
Built on the all-new VAN.EA platform, these electric vans aim to redefine private and commercial transportation.
The platform will allow for flexible configurations, supporting front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive options, with a modular design to accommodate different lengths and battery sizes.
The VAN.EA-P will serve private use, promising a driving range of over 500 km and advanced automated driving features, while the VAN.EA-C targets commercial needs, including level 4 autonomy by 2030.
Mercedes aims for electric vehicles to account for over 50 percent of van sales within five years.
