Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, purchases brand new Made-in-Nigeria Nord Demir luxury SUV as official car.
The purchase of the Toyota Prado-rivaling Nord Demir SUV is part of her efforts to help promote Made-in-Nigeria vehicles.
Dr. Jumoke Oduwole, the current Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, has purchased a brand new Nord Demir luxury SUV as her official car, which is part of her efforts to help promote Made-in-Nigeria vehicles.
She made the purchase during her tour of Nord’s ultra-modern Automotive Complex in University of Lagos (UNILAG) on Independence Day, where the automaker’s lineup of Made-in-Nigeria vehicles are produced for the Nigerian market.
“The Honourable Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment Dr .Jumoke Oduwole has chosen the Nord Demir as her official car! 🇳🇬,” Mr. Oluwatobi Ajayi, Nord Automobiles Chief Executive Officer (CEO) said while announcing the purchase.
“We were honoured to host her at our Nord-Unilag Innovation Complex on Nigeria’s 65th Independence Day, where she toured our showroom, R&D centre, assembly & manufacturing plant, and after-sales workshop.”
“She purchased a brand-new Nord Demir, which will proudly serve as her official car in Abuja,” the Nord boss, who emerged CEO Of The Year 2024 At The Leadership Conference And Awards last December, added.
While describing the Toyota Prado-rivalling Demir full-sized SUV at its unveiling in 2023, Nord Automobiles Chief Executive Officer (CEO) said :
“The Nord Demir is an elite large SUV tailored to meet the high standards of executives, CEOs, Public servants and politicians.
“This opulent SUV exudes power, prestige, and sophistication. The Nord Demir is designed to provide a luxurious experience with its spacious and exquisitely appointed interior.”
“It is equipped with cutting-edge technology, entertainment systems, and safety features. It is also available with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and hybrid systems.
“The Nord Demir is more than just a mode of transportation… it is a statement of success and distinction,” he said.
