I really like what you said about how mechanics should be able to easily translate complex terminologies to you so that you can understand your car’s problems easier. As someone who does not know a lot about cars, I will appreciate it more if I could understand the fundamentals of the repair jobs that I need for my vehicle to start running again. That way, I can be more confident that I am working with mechanics that have my best interests in mind.
