Heavily armored luxury train carrying North Korean leader Kim Jong-un arrives in Russia – Inside it.
It houses his office and enough space for a large entourage and a place to discuss agendas ahead of meetings.
Due to the armor, the North Korean leader’s bulletproof train only travel up to 40 kilometres per hour (25mph).
North Korean leader’s armored train is equipped with attack weapons and a helicopter for escape, according to report.
For security reasons, Kim reportedly has several almost identical locally-made bulletproof trains.


A heavily armored private train carrying North Korean leader Kim Jong-un arrived in Russia on Tuesday, ahead of a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin that analysts say could spawn significant military deals for both sides.
Kim – who rarely leaves North Korea and has not travelled since the start of the coronavirus pandemic – left Pyongyang for Russia on Sunday on board his train, which sports a signature olive green paint scheme.



Images from video shared by Governor of Russia’s Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako, shows Russian officials in Khasan greeting the North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, who was seen disembarking from his armored train.
Though, the luxurious bulletproof train only travel up to 40 kilometres per hour (25 mph), it houses his office and enough space for a large entourage and a place to discuss agendas ahead of meetings.

Since becoming leader in late 2011, Kim has used his luxury bulletproof train to visit China and Vietnam, as well as his previous trip to Russia to meet Vladimir Putin in 2019.
