Bentley Motors recently announced a new record year with total sales of 14,659 in 2021, with the Continental GT accounting for an almost 10 per cent of the increase over the previous year.
Now, the Bentley Continental GT grand tourer is starting the year 2022 after receiving three significant awards in three major markets., including “Car of the Year” and “Best Car”.
First is the “Car of the Year”, which Robb Report awarded to Continental GT for the third time since the introduction of the luxury car in the USA in 2004.
The Bentley Continental GT Speed topped ten other vehicles to win Car of the Year, with Robb Report judges praising the GT Speed on its high level of performance and luxury, claiming it as “a quantum leap from the original”.
Robb Report judges identified that : “The four-wheel steering is what made all the difference in the world,” and “This car sparks joy at every turn and every press of the gas pedal.”
In the United Kingdom, the Continental GT V8 was praised by WhatCar?, which bestowed the grand tourer with the Best High-End Coupé at the Car of the Year Awards 2022.
