What Can You Say About This Auto Accident Scene

Accident can happen anytime. I took time to fix  gaze on this picture above but still can’t explain what went down.
This is an accident scene between a sedan car and a heavy duty vehicle.
It is certain nothing happened to the truck driver. The crushed sedan already looks terrible. It requires miracle for the passengers in that car to be in good health condition; if not dead.
