CIG Motors Partners Shell Staff Cooperative, Aims To Deliver 1,000 GAC Cars To Members
CIG Motors enters a partnership with Shell Staff Corporative (COOPLAG) on the 4th of October 2022.
CIG Motors’ goal is to deliver 1,000 GAC cars to the Shell Corporative, which comprises over 3,000 cooperators.
Signing of the MoU took place at the CIG Motors head office in VI, Lagos on 4th of October 2022.
So far, CIG Motors have introduced 4 GAC models into the Nigerian market, including GA4, GS 3, GS 4 and GS 8.
CIG Motors Co., Ltd has entered into a partnership with Shell Staff Cooperative (COOPLAG) as part of its effort to take the GAC brands to more corporate bodies and organisations.
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by the two organisations took place at the CIG Motors head office in Victoria Island, Lagos on 4th of October 2022.
Speaking during the event, Mr. Jubril Arogundade, General Manager Commercial, CIG Motors, said the company’s goal is to deliver 1,000 GAC cars to the Shell Corporative, which comprises over 3,000 cooperators.
Also speaking, the president of COOPLAG, Mr Jude Eforegbe expressed his gratitude and goodwill to CIG Motors for their warm reception. He emphasized on the need to capture the benefits stated in the MOU as the partnership is all about bringing value for COOPLAG and CIG Motors.
During the official visit to the head office of the automotive marketer in Victoria Island, Lagos, members of COOPLAG also took a tour of the GAC Motor Showroom and After Sales Service Centre described by the dealership as the bedrock of the CIG Motors business.

So far, CIG Motors have introduced four (4) GAC models into the Nigerian market, including GA4, GS 3, GS 4 and GS 8 SUV. CIG Motors has also started its assembly plant in Ojota Lagos, Nigeria.
