Sanwo-Olu Commissions GAC Motor G-Style Showroom, Launches GS4 SUV Into Nigerian Market

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu commissions ultra-modern GAC Motor showroom on Victoria Island, Lagos.

The “G Style” showroom opened with the launch of GAC’s latest luxury crossover SUV, the GS4, into the Nigerian market.

The grandiose event launch was preceded by a tour of the newly re-built GAC workshop facility by Sanwo-Olu.

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday, July 7, 2022, commissioned the ultra-modern GAC Motor showroom, located at Plot 7 Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The commissioning of the “G Style” showroom also had Maoming, Chinese Consul General in Lagos and the Executive Delegation of the Democratic Republic of Congo led by Mr. Claude Ibalanky, in attendance.

During the well-attended ceremony, Governor Sanwo-Olu also launched second-generation of its latest luxury Crossover sports utility vehicle (SUV), the GAC GS4, into the Nigerian market.

The grandiose event launch was preceded by a tour of the new facility by the Governor Sanwo-Olu, where he got a firsthand experience of the services offered at the Showroom.

The newly re-built state of the art GAC workshop is equipped with different sections, including Express maintenance, general repair, four wheel alignment, spray booth, metal repair, polishing and body mechanical.

Speaking at the event, Mr Governor gave a moving speech about his long-term relationship with GAC Motor, which preceded his time as Lagos State Governor. He restated his steadfast commitment to sustaining the State’s partnership with the company and promised to use this collaboration to fuel the socio-economic development of the State.

In her remarks, the Chairman of CIG Motors, Chief Diana Chen stated that the company plans to open five of such facilities across the country.

“We are so proud to open our showroom and workshop, and we plan to open five of such facilities across the country”.

Chen explained that the company is offering the G-Elite, G-Star and G-Family packages to different segments of the society which comes with numerous benefits.
