Dubai Police Help Wheelchair-bound Athlete Create The Largest Individual GPS Drawing Of A Wheelchair
Athlete with mobility disabilities set a Guinness World Record for the largest individual ‘GPS Drawing’ of a wheelchair.
Athlete, Varghese went a distance of 8.71 km, an achievement made possible with the support of Dubai Police Force.
Dubai Police provided logistical and field support such as an ambulance, drones, and traffic patrols.
Patrol cars that took part in record-breaking feat includes V8 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG as well as the Hongqi E-HS9.
In addition, Varghese has pulled a 1.25-tonne car with bare hands and jumped out of a plane since being confined to a wheelchair.
Wheelchair-bound athlete Sujith Koshy Varghese has etched his name in the Guinness World Records after creating the largest individual ‘GPS Drawing’ of a wheelchair.
With the unwavering support of the Dubai Police Force, Varghese, a motivational speaker and fitness trainer, went a distance of 8.71 kilometers (5.41 miles) to form the image of a wheelchair.
Varghese’s artwork stretches from Dubai International Financial Centre to Downtown Dubai. To help him create the shape of the wheelchair, the Dubai Police provided logistical and field support such as an ambulance, drones, and traffic patrols.
Patrol cars that took part in record-breaking feat includes V8 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG as well as the Hongqi E-HS9, the Dubai Police first electric vehicle, which joined its fleet of impressive luxury patrol cars last December.
In addition to this amazing feat, Varghese has pulled a 1.25-tonne car with his bare hands and jumped out of a plane since being confined to a wheelchair, following a life-altering motorbike accident in Bangalore eleven years ago.
