Sights From The Inauguration Ceremony Of The FRSC Office In Uyo.
The governor of Akwa Ibom, Udom Emmanuel, yesterday, graced the inauguration of the FRSC office in Uyo. He charged the officers of the Corp to uphold high standard in discipline and professionalism. He also charged them to ensure their roads are accident and traffic free, especially this season of festivity.
Udom Gabriel Emmanuel is the governor of Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria, in office since 29 May 2015.
FRSC was established in 1988 by a decree and was later amended by the Federal Road Safety Commission act Cap 141 laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. FRSC also has the responsibility of managing vehicle number plates and drivers’ licenses.
