Genesis Announces Arrival In China With Record-breaking 3,281 Drone Display, Sets Guinness Record
Hyundai’s Genesis announces its arrival in China with record-breaking 3,281 drone display over Shanghai, sets new Guinness record.
It beats the previous of 3,051 drones used by Shenzhen Damoda Intelligent Control Technology last year.
Hyundai’s luxury brand Genesis‘ bid to announce its entry into world’s largest automotive market, China, has earned the automaker a new word record.
On March 29, Genesis kick-started its journey in China’s lucrative market by using 3,281 drones to display its “Genesis” logo over the Shanghai.

In addition to looking stunning under the night sky, this drone display also earned Genesis a Guinness World Records for the ‘Most Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) airborne simultaneously’.
This stunning display beats the previous of 3,051 drones used by Shenzhen Damoda Intelligent Control Technology in September of last year.
Commenting on the aerial display, CEO of Genesis Motor China, Markus Henne, explained that the record-breaking performance will inspire more Genesis experiences and products to its Chinese consumers.
