A trending video has emerged online showing the moment that a racing horse crashes into a Keke ‘tricycle’ during a racing competition in the Northern part of Nigeria.

The footage of the brutal horse racing competition reportedly being held in Kano shows horses being raced along a narrow street before one of the animals crashed into a moving tricycle.

The impact of the crash overturned the three-wheeled vehicle, reportedly injuring the driver and the passengers. The rider was also thrown off his horse during the crash.

After the crash, the spectators can heard shouting and waving down the other racers to allowed them rescue the passengers in the overturned tricycle.

It is currently unclear what happened to the occupants of the Keke, or the horse and rider that crashed into the three-wheeled vehicle.

But this crash is just one of several crashes that occurred during this brutal horse racing competition dubbed the “Most Dangerous Horse Race Ever“.

In another clip, several horses racing through a narrow street also ended up crashing into one another as well as cheering spectators, leaving quite a number of casualties in the process.
