For Lamborghini, last year was the best in terms of revenue and deliveries. The brand earned 3.2 billion euros (almost $3.7 billion) and delivered 10,747 cars.

For this year, Lamborghini plans at least two novelties, but they will not be completely new models but derivatives of existing ones.

Although production of the electric Lanzador has been canceled to make way for a plug-in hybrid, that car will not be launched this year. In addition, the second-generation Urus, which was also due to arrive as an electric car, will instead debut closer to the end of the decade as a PHEV.

Meanwhile, 2026 will bring premieres at the Goodwood Festival of Speed (July 9-12) and during Monterey Motor Week (August 10-12). The company has not yet revealed the identity of these new products: “Lamborghini will continue to develop its offer with a series of new products aimed at further strengthening the brand’s positioning and appeal in international markets.”

As deliveries of the V8 Temerario have only just begun, it is too early for Lamborghini to diversify the range. Instead, we’re likely to see a new version of the Revuelto, possibly a roadster.

Lamborghini is also likely to refresh the Urus with an SE Performante model, with a plug-in hybrid V8 engine delivering a combined output of more than 800 hp.

Looking further into the future, Lamborghini says it has not given up on the launch of electric vehicles: “The recent announcement of the fourth hybrid model reinforces the long-term industrial vision aimed at creating sustainable value without compromising the future development of an all-electric model.”
