Lamborghini Unveils Special Edition Urus Performante Inspired By Essenza SCV12 Hypercar

Lamborghini unveils special edition Urus Performante SuperSUV inspired by the track-only, limited-edition Essenza SCV12 hypercar.

Urus Performante “Essenza SCV12” is limited to just 40 units, all of which are reserved exclusively for owners of Essenza SCV12.

Racing-inspired Urus models wears a two-tone paint finish on the outside, rides on 23” high gloss black wheels.

Powered by twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering 657-hp, allowing a 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 secs, top speed of 190 mph.

Italian sportscar maker, Automobili Lamborghini has unveiled a new special edition version of the Urus Performante SuperSUV inspired by the track-only, limited-edition Essenza SCV12 hypercar that made its debut in July 2020.

Like the car it takes its inspiration from, the latest iteration of the brand’s SUV dubbed the Lamborghini Urus Performante “Essenza SCV12” will also be limited to just 40 units, all of which are reserved exclusively for the owners of Essenza SCV12.

Each example of the Urus Performante “Essenza SCV12” was created by Lamborghini’s Ad Personam department, allowing each Essenza SCV12 customer to uniquely configure their own examples.

The unique racing-inspired Urus models wears a two-tone paint finish on the outside, with the lower parts finished in black while Centro Stile designers created several unique liveries for the upper part for cus to choose from, all matching the spec of their Essenza SCV12.

Each example rides on 23” high gloss black wheels and black calipers by default, although Lamborghini notes that customers can choose the type and colors of wheels and calipers from those available.

Inside, the cabin features exclusive Nero Cosmus (black) Alcantara upholstery with leather details. To further set this limited-edition model apart, two celebratory carbon fiber plaques are included in the passenger compartment, one with the Lamborghini 60th Anniversary logo, and the other with the vehicle number or the customer’s name.

Powering the Urus Performante “Essenza SCV12” is a twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering (657-horsepower (666 CV) and 850 Nm of maximum torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 190 mph (306 km/h).
