While the Olu of Warri rode on an electric scooter, his security personnel were seen following behind – hanging out of open doors of their vehicles, carefully monitoring the surrounding for threats.
Designed with varying speeds and ranges as well as large center deck on which the rider stands, e-scooter works by twisting an accelerator to power a motor, offering a convenient, eco-friendly option to travel short to medium distances in urban areas.

“His Majesty inspects the Trans-Warri–Ode-Itsekiri Road, a transformative infrastructure project delivered by the administration of His Excellency, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori,” the caption reads.
It will be recalled that the monarch gifted himself a brand new customised Rolls-Royce Phantom and a Bentley Continental ahead of his coronation as the 21st Olu of Warri Kingdom in August 2021.
