Stellantis Implements Management Changes

Published

on

Stellantis has implemented management changes aimed at simplifying its organisation. These measures will facilitate a balance between regional and global responsibilities, enabling quicker decision-making and execution.

They will also further reinforce Stellantis’ commitment to heeding the voice of customers and laying the foundation for new growth. Regions will now possess improved local decision-making and execution capabilities concerning product planning, development, and industrial and commercial activities, while maintaining coordination with global functions, all to better serve customers.

Software activities are now integrated into the product and technology development organisation, led by Ned Curic, which simplifies the process of launching innovative products from all brands in every market where the company operates.

In addition to his current role as CEO for the Americas region, Antonio Filosa assumes global leadership of quality, which is key to the company’s customer promises.

Corporate Affairs and Communications have been combined to better support the company’s ongoing engagement with all stakeholders, led by Clara Ingen-Housz. A new marketing department has also been created, led by Olivier François, and has been regrouped to better support the brands, particularly through advertising, global events and sponsorships.

Bob Broderdorf is in charge of Jeep, Alain Favey joins Stellantis and is named head of Peugeot, while Xavier Peugeot heads the DS Automobiles brand. Anne Abboud has been given the role of head of Stellantis Pro One commercial vehicles division.

Stellantis is still searching for a permanent CEO, and the process is being led by a Special Committee of the Board of Directors. This position will be filled in the first half of 2025.
