Tesla Model 3 Electric Car Can Now Park Itself Without A Driver Behind The Wheels

Tesla’s Model 3 electric car can now park itself after the self-parking “Summon” feature was released through over-the-air update to the all-electric car last week.

The Summon feature which was already available in the Model X and S allows the car to move in and out of a garage , automatically open and close electronic garage doors as well as switching the car on and off with the touch of a smartphone app button . The car can also drive to meet the owner when it’s summoned.

The Summon is an autonomous feature designed to be used only on private property . Full self-driving features that will enable all Tesla Electric cars drive coast to coast will be available before the end of the year.
