A vehicle locally reconstructed for cross-border smuggling along Lagos-Badagry Expressway, Ojo, Lagos on Wednesday.
If you stay in the Mainland part of Lagos, you may be able to see this kind of vehicles.
After they load the vehicle with the products they want to smuggle in, the car will so come down and assume its normal or near-normal ground clearance. This will make it look like it wasn’t even reconstructed.
