Amid Massive Demand For Innoson Vehicles, Automaker Develops Multi-level Car Park (PICS/VIDEO)
A recent tour around INNOSON factory in Nnewi, Anambra State, captured thousands of vehicles inside its multi-level temporary car park.
Recently, Innoson received order for ₦1.8b vehicles from S/Leone after NASS lawmakers rejected its vehicles.

Last year, Innoson’s efforts to cater for the demands of its local and foreign customers led to the opening of a new automated manufacturing plant in Nnewi, Anambra State.
The new automated plant, the automaker’s third and the most advanced yet, takes vehicle production to a more advanced level with flexibility, efficiency, increased capacity and considerable reduction in the prices.

Now, the new plant, which now churns out dozens of cars within short period of time, has necessitated the construction of new multilevel temporary car parks.
A recent tour around its factory in Nnewi, Anambra State, captured thousands of vehicles inside the new multi-level temporary parking spaces.

These multi-level temporarily car park was necessitated due to huge demands for innoson vehicles.
These massive facility are where the vehicles are stored before being shipped to dealership within and outside the country.


Some of these vehicles are heading to West African countries like Mali, Sierra Leone and Ghana.
And the automaker will never have problems selling all these cars. The company recently revealed that the FG, State Governments and the Nigeria Army, are some of its customers.

Last month, Innoson received order for ₦1.8b vehicles from S/Leone after NASS lawmakers rejected its vehicles.
Innoson believes it will one day make cars that will compete with models from established automakers like Volkswagen and Mercedes.

Nigeria’s biggest automaker currently manufactures sedans, Sports Utility Vehicle (SUVs); small buses; luxury buses; pickup trucks and ambulances.
Among IVM’s vehicle models are the five-seaters Fox and umu; 15-17 seater Hummer bus; IVM G12; IVM G40 as well as the IVM G80 SUVs.
Seventy percent of these car parts are locally produced, while parts like the engine, is sourced from countries like Japan, China, and Germany.
