Incredible! Billionaire Bill Gates hails Kunle Adeyanju, the biker who rode a motorbike from London-to-Lagos.
Mr Bill Gates, who is among the world’s richest persons, described the Adeyanju’s feat as “incredible”.
Adeyanju covered more than 12,000 km across 13 countries during his 41-day cross-country ride between two continents.
The record-breaker, who began his Charity ride ride on 19th of April, 2022, arrived Lagos, Nigeria on Sunday May 29th.

Microsoft founder, Bill Gates, has hailed the Nigerian biker, Kunle Adeyanju, who rode a motorbike from London, UK to Lagos, Nigeria, in a campaign to raise N20 million (which he later increased to N100 million) for charity.
In a tweet on his Twitter handle, Bill Gates, who is among the world’s richest persons, described the Adeyanju’s campaign as “incredible”.
Gates retweeted a story on the biker and wrote :
“Incredible. #lionheart1759.”

Adeyanju, also known as ‘The Lion Heart’, covered more than 12,000 kilometres (8,000 miles) across 13 countries during his 41-day cross-country ride between two continents.
The record-breaker, who began his Charity ride ride on 19th of April, 2022, arrived Lagos, Nigeria on Sunday May 29th to cheers from the crowd and bike riders who had gathered in anticipation of his arrival.

Speaking on the route he took during his transcontinental challenge to raise funds for Rotary International’s fight against polio, the biker said he “started from London to France and to Spain, then I crossed into Morocco and visited Casablanca.
“I also passed through Mauritania, St. Louis, Dakar, Mali, Bamako, Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Accra, Lome, Benin before getting to Lagos.”

On his motivation, he said :
“For me, it’s all about giving back. It’s all about using my skills and lifestyle to touch the lives of the underprivileged. I look at it that every one of us has been blessed.
“Some people may say theirs are not enough but we have all been blessed. So those things you’ve been given, how can you use them to touch the lives of other people?”
