A country just ordered this $1 million+ atretched armored Mercedes-Maybach S-Class from Klassen for its leader.

This stretched armored Mercedes-Maybach S-Class will cost a fortune to build as Klassen’s products doesn’t come cheap.
The stretched Range Rover by Klassen built for the Tanzanian and Cameroonian government reportedly cost $1 million.

A country has ordered a specialized “President State Car” for its leader from Klassen, which will be based on the 2026 Mercedes-Maybach S-Class (Z223) that starts at over $240,000 for the flagship S 680 4MATIC (V12) ultra-luxury sedan.
“Klassen has received a unique order — extending the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class (W223) by a full meter. This project is not just a limousine. It’s a true Klassen Bunker,” Paul Klassen, the CEO of Klassen said while describing the latest masterpiece built commissioned by the country.

The wheelbase of the customized Mercedes-Maybach S-Class will be extended by 1 meter (1000 mm or 39 inch) to provide the space and comfort the customer desire while the rear will be equipped with face-to-face seating configuration.
“The vehicle is being built as a government car. The country remains undisclosed… but one key detail is already revealed : the interior will feature a face-to-face configuration with four full seats.”
In addition, the limousine will get ballistic protection, allowing the millitary grade stretched armored Mercedes-Maybach S-Class to keep its occupants safe while driving through war zones.

“A complete sense of a protected capsule : 360° security, 360° comfort. Screens, space, seating — everything is designed as if the rear of the Maybach was originally made for four passengers.”
While Klassen is still mute about country that commissioned the bunker, Autojosh understands that Tanzania and Cameroon counts about few countries using its products – a stretched Range Rover by Klassen to be precise – as official state cars.
