Aston Martin teases upcoming DBX-based ‘World’s Most Powerful Luxury SUV’ ahead of Feb. 1st debut.

The current DBX packs 542 horsepower (550 PS) and 700 Nm (516 lb.-ft.), and a 0-62 mph in 4.5 seconds.

But the upcoming Aston Martin DBX-based SUV promises to push people back into their seats.

The most powerful Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Bentley Bentayga packs 570 horsepower and 608-hp respectively.





The Lamborghini’s Urus is currently the most powerful production SUV, with 650 horsepower.

British luxury marque Aston Martin has released a teaser video of an upcoming DBX-based ‘World’s Most Powerful Luxury SUV‘ ahead of February 1st. 2022 reveal.

Aston Martin didn’t say much about the upcoming, more powerful version of the DBX, but the hashtag that accompanied the teaser video points out a new seat of power and new performance standards.

Last year, Aston Martin’s first-ever SUV, the DBX helped the company to a record sales. Unlike the current DBX, which packs 542 horsepower (550 PS) and 700 Nm (516 lb.-ft.), the new version promises to push people back into their seats.





A Mercedes-AMG-supplied twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine allows the Aston Martin DBX to do a 0 to 62 mph (100 kph) sprint in 4.5 seconds.

In comparison, the most powerful Rolls-Royce Cullinan comes with 570 horsepower, while the most powerful Bentley Bentayga packs 608 horsepower.

The Lamborghini Urus is currently the most powerful production SUV on the market, with 650 horsepower. Urus, Lamborghini’s best-selling model, can sprint from 0 to 100 kph in just 3.6 seconds, while top speed sits at 190 mph (306 kph).
