Bentley Building Has ‘Dezervator’, A Lift That Transports Residents Seated In Cars To Their Apartments
Bentley Residences Miami features a ‘Dezervator’, a unique vehicle lift, and garages for up to four cars per apartment.
Each apartment comes with a balcony swimming pools, cinema, games room and wellness centre and spa.
Visitors to the 61 storey Bentley Residences will be able to make use of the additional parking facilities beneath the building.
Prices start from $4.2 million for an apartment within the Bentley Residences and will complete in 2026.
Bentley Motors has announced that its 61 storey Bentley Residences, Miami will offer all residents a four car garage as well as an innovative ‘Dezervator’ lift, which can transport car and passengers from road to apartment in one move.
Named after the development partner, Dezer Development, the unique elevator has the ability to transport cars to the top floor of the 749 ft building. Each lift features a hydraulic system which pinches a car by its tyres to pull it on top of a robotic shuttle system.
To offer private and secure storage for their car collections, each resident will have a personal three or four-car garage within their apartment, complete with the option for EV charging amenities.
Bentley says residents will have RFID stickers placed their cars, which will be automatically scanned on arrival into the building. This tech will in turn trigger a sophisticated lighting system to guide the driver to the correct Dezervator to reach their own floor.

Prices start from $4.2 million for an apartment within the Bentley Residences, with each boasting a balcony swimming pools, the cinema, the games room, the wellness centre and spa, the whisky bar, the cigar lounge, the restaurant, and the beautiful lobby.
Visitors to the Bentley Residences, including friends and family of the residents, will be able to make use of the additional parking facilities beneath the building. The garage will also include fast-charging stations for EVs and plug-in hybrids.
In addition, wireless connectivity will be available throughout the Bentley Residences, facilitated by a hot wire system with coverage within the Dezervators.
