BMW Has Been Recognized As The Best Employer In 2024

For the thirteenth consecutive year, the BMW Group has been recognized as the best employer in 2024. The Trendence survey, renowned for evaluating employer attractiveness, polled 15,000 university-educated employees in Germany to identify the leading employers for professionals.
The BMW Group has also ranked high in various global employer assessments, including Universum’s World’s Most Attractive Employers and Forbes’ World’s Best Employers.
Ilka Horstmeier, Member of the Board of Management of BMW AG, Human Resources and Real Estate, Director of Labor, states, “Becoming the best employer isn’t automatic. Our industry is evolving. At BMW, we depend on the skills and experiences of our employees, guiding them on a journey and providing diverse and meaningful tasks. This enables them to reach their full potential, which is beneficial in the competition for top talent.”
Especially in the current challenging situation, the company and its brands benefit from its own top-quality products and exciting new areas of activity around e-mobility and digitalization. The BMW Group also offers above-average compensation and numerous additional benefits, as well as mobility and health programs and opportunities for further development within the company.
