Wike’s INKAS Cadillac Escalade specially designed to take its occupants to some of the most unfriendly places on earth in style.

Nyesom Wike arrived Rivers State from Abuja in style on Saturday August 26th (today) following his resumption of duty as the new Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) earlier this week.

Footage shared captures the moment the Ex-governor of Rivers State alighted from a private jet. He then walked casually before stepping into a black INKAS Armored Cadillac Escalade SUV.

Nyesom Wike’s INKAS armored Cadillac Escalade SUV, built by Canadian armoring specialists INKAS, is specially designed to take its occupants to some of the most unfriendly places on earth in style.

The bulletproof SUV is fortified with bulletproof glass and CEN 1063 BR6 protection which allows it to handle machine gun bullets from attackers. Its BR6 armor protection level will stop some 7.62 and 0.308 assault-rifle rounds.

The reinforced floor of the armored SUV can withstand the blast of two DM51 hand grenades detonated simultaneously. It also rides on run-flat tyres, allowing a high-speed driving when punctured by bullets.

Powering this mobile fortress are two engine options. This first is a 6.2-liter V8 with 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. The more frugal 3.0-liter turbo-diesel inline-six engine churns out 260 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque.

While Autojosh can’t say how much Wike’s armored SUV cost, a 2022 bulletproof Cadillac Escalade cost about N300 Million in Nigeria. But the ex-Rivers Cadillac Escalade may cost north of N400 Million as INKAS cars don’t come cheap.
