Jaguar I-Pace Has Taken A Serious Dip In Price
The car has won more than 90 international awards worldwide, both for design and technology, as well as the Car of the Year title. However, that couldn’t make up for the fact that the car has since depreciated significantly. So now you can buy a used Jaguar I-Pace for less than a quarter of the original new price.
The first electric Jaguar was launched in 2018, and in the eight years since the model has been on the market, the prices of used cars have fallen rapidly.
We focus on the Jaguar I-Pace from December 2018. New, it costs 82,450 euros. More than seven years later, only 20 percent of that remains. You can take it home for just €16,845. For that amount, you certainly won’t get a worn-out copy because it has 144,718 kilometers behind it, and according to the seller, the SoH (State of Health) of the battery is still almost 90 percent. In addition, the elegant interior still looks modern and high-quality.
The folks at AutoWeek have found the Jaguar I-Pace EV400 S, which means you’re definitely not short on power. The two electric motors together produce 400 hp and 696 Nm. With that electric power, you can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds. Jaguar should probably cover around 380-400 kilometers in ideal conditions. Fast charging is possible with 100 kW. It’s not impressive today, but even today, there are countless electric vehicles with less charging capacity. The used Jaguar featured in this article isn’t even the cheapest I-Pace in AutoWeek’s used car range, but it has a quoted SoH of 90% compared to the cheaper one.
