Lagos Governor Sanwo-Olu Commissions Four Roads, Totaling 6.62Km, To Ease Lagos-Ogun Traffic (PHOTOS)
Lagos Governor Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu commissions Phase II of Lagos-Ogun Boundary Road Projects.
It consists of four roads totaling 6.62 kilometers and a 120 meter-long link bridge.
The new roads will provide alternative route to Ogun State. It will help reduce traffic congestion.
In fulfillment of the campaign promises made to the people of Alimosho, Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Friday commissioned the Phase II of Lagos-Ogun State Boundary Road projects.
The four (4) critical roads projects in Agbado-Oke Odo LCDA totaling 6.62 kilometers includes Old Otta Bridge, Suberu Oje, Adekoya & Makinde Street and a 120 meter-long bridge linking the boundary communities to Otta in Ogun State.
The network of roads, which was started by the last administration, features dual carriageway road with reinforced concrete drains and walkway, culverts, Lay-by, Street lights, service ducts as well as lane markings.
The newly launched network of roads will provide alternative route to Ogun State, thereby reducing traffic congestion.
